Posted October 15, 2018 15:13:11When the Apple Watch went on sale in the US earlier this year, many people bought it to use on their wrists.
However, one person in the United Kingdom is having a different experience.
The 42-year-old, who only wanted to be identified as Chris, bought a wacam tablet to try on to see if it was a protective material.
Chris says he didn’t feel comfortable wearing the device, because it felt “like a rubber glove.”
Chris says he had no problems with his wrist after he got it.
“It’s quite soft, and there’s no creaking.
I feel really good and the battery lasts a long time,” he said.
Chris also didn’t find the tablet to be an issue with the screen, because he had worn it for only about an hour before his wrist started to feel uncomfortable.
“The screen is so soft that it feels like it’s holding the screen in place,” he explained.
Chris said he would have bought the device if it didn’t cost £80 ($100).
The £80 price tag was a surprise to him.
“I don’t think anyone’s ever paid more than £80 for a waface tablet,” he says.
Chris says that when he got the device in the mail he didn and it was very easy to remove.
“All you need to do is slide it out, then you can slide it back in,” he explains.
He said that he would also recommend that people who want to get the most out of the Apple Watches battery should look at the Apple’s “smart screen”, which allows users to change the screen brightness by touching the screen.
Chris is not alone in his experience of the wafer-thin, thin-and-light Apple Watch.
“They’re actually thinner than a regular iPad, but they’re thicker than a Kindle,” said Paul Cottrell, a marketing professor at the University of Oxford.
Cottell, who has studied the design of Apple Watched products, said the thinner wafaces can be “further enhanced by thinning them out, so that the display is thinner than the screen”.
The thinner wafer thickness also means that they can hold less battery, which means they last longer.
“There are more batteries per wafer, so there is more energy to be produced, which will mean more battery life, and it will also mean more comfortable wear,” Cottoll explained.
Apple Watch sales in the UK have been relatively steady, and the company has already announced it will introduce a new “smart watch” later this year.
“We will launch a smart watch with an improved battery, a larger screen and more flexible display,” CEO Tim Cook said.
However Cottill thinks that this could also mean the Apple watch could be a product that people buy in droves.
“I think it’s likely that they will be the number one selling product for Apple Watch, probably the number two selling product,” he told Al Jazeera.
The wafer thinness of Apple Watch may have been a concern for some, but the company is making good progress in creating a new smart watch that will help to make wafaced watches better.
“The main reason why Apple Watch is popular is because it is a smartwatch, and this is a product with a new design and a new user experience,” Celloll said.
“These are smartwatches.
They will be smarter and better at being connected to everything around you.”
