As many as two-thirds of all camera users have no idea that they can’t use them to take photos, according to a study from a US company.
In the last year, the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and the International Council on Photography (ICP) have launched campaigns that warn against people using their cameras during the day.
While the CEA has said its goal is to educate people about the safety of their equipment, the ICP is hoping that its cameras, which can record video, can help people to get the most out of them.
The ICP has been working with the camera industry to make its camera-less campaign more appealing, and the industry is backing the initiative, which is also available to all digital cameras and will be rolled out globally in the coming weeks.
In an effort to make the campaign as relevant as possible, the CEA has partnered with a photography-focused company, which has created a product that will help people avoid the need to use a camera in the dark.
The CEA will launch the product in the US and the UK this week.
The product uses the company’s “light-emitting diode (LED) light sensor” and a combination of LED-based light-emitters, to dim the light emitted by a camera when the light sensor is exposed to the elements.
The CEA is also using an LED-free camera to help people keep their cameras in their home.
The CCA says it wants to help users to keep their gear at night by reminding them of the safety rules around night-time use of cameras.
“The CCEA’s Light-Emitting Diode (LEED) technology is the most advanced in the industry,” said James Rennie, chief technology officer at the CCEC, in a statement.
“We know that the technology will help make photography more safe for everyone, especially for those who are new to this technology and want to learn more about it.”
The company has also created a video explaining how the light-sensitive sensor works and how it works with the CIEA’s products.
The video has also been distributed to retailers, which will also be able to offer the product for free.
“The idea is to help make it easy for everyone to see what the technology does,” Rennich said in the statement.
